We used Lauren’s Kitchen to feed a teenage girls soccer team who traveled to Vail for a soccer tournament. It was amazing to work with one food provider instead of multiple different restaurants while we were there. Lauren was wonderful!! She worked with our team to meet all dietary needs, the portions were filling and the girls had a variety of freshly cooked foods each meal. Totally recommend Lauren’ Kitchen!!

For a family reunion of 9 people and birthday celebration, I reached out to Lauren for a catered dinner. Lauren was able to beautifully execute dinner for a variety of dietary needs including gluten free, dairy free and non-processed food requirements. What a delicious spread with neatly packaged containers and great directions on how to reheat and serve. Next time at Beaver Creek, we will set up another catered dinner.

I pick up the Buddha Bowl often (vegan, gf). They also typically have at least two homemade vegan soup options. It's in the Riverwalk area so it's near many businesses including the bookstore, movie theatre and the environmentally friendly fill/refill store. It's really nice to eat outside by the Eagle River.

AMAZING. We booked Lauren blindly to cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception - and SO glad we did. She was so professional and responsive from the start. She had a menu of catering items prepared and ready for us to choose from. We created a few different menu options which she responded quickly with pricing on each - and even provided suggestions on pairings. Then once we booked, she went the extra mile to review our plate/glass rental order to make sure that we didn't have extra stuff that we didn't need or if we forgot to include items. It was very reasonably priced for the quality of food - which was AWESOME! Our guests are still talking about the food. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. She is so sweet and so easy to work with. She made our day even more special.

We ordered catering from Lauren and were exceptionally happy with everything! The vegan enchilada bake, the chicken parm, and the chili were all beyond delicious. Lauren was incredibly easy to work with and we will definitely be ordering again in the future!

We reached out to Lauren about catering for a team event and from the first communciation she was extremely helpful, asked questions and provided many details so that we could select the best options for our event. Lauren made sure that she was available for any other needs on the day of the event. All the food was perfectly packaged and the pick up was smooth. The food was DELICIOUS! Everything from the salad to the bread and pasta was exceptional. Even something as simple as the lemon vinaigrette pleasantly surprised us. Lauren definitely has a passion for her craft and it reflects on every meal.

I ordered sides for thanksgiving. The “stuffing”, if you could call it that was small cubes of bread with cubes of carrots and celery. No taste; we threw it out. The mashed potatoes were grainy. We tried to doctor them up, terrible. The green bean casserole had cheese on the top which we scraped off.All , in all, some of the worse food we’d ever (tried) eaten!

There are gluten-free options, veggie options and I'm sure you can get anything more customized working directly with Lauren
