Sushi was good, spicy edamame and miso was bomb, but soo slow. Two hour meal for two sushi rolls. Was also quite busy but we didn’t get waters until after the appetizer. Also HELLA EXPENSIVE 14 DOLLAR DUMPLINGS and what shows up? TWO DUMPLINGS. SEVEN DOLLARS PER DUMP

A goto when I’m skiing Beaver Creek. Have been going for nearly a decade. The dumplings are a must. All the rolls are excellent. A great gathering spot for our group of ski friends.

I had Christmas dinner here in 2022. It was a lovely meal. Pricey for sure - but that's what you get when you're looking for quality, the kind of ingredients they're using, and dining in the Vail Valley. I have dietary restrictions due to medical issues, and they were happy to accommodate me, and did so wonderfully. Service was a bit slow, but we were checking in on constantly, and the waitress was lovely.All of the sushi was delicious, and the white chocolate bread...
