We ask for caramel cacchiato lite ice and we got an insane amount of caramel. We couldn't drink it. It's super expensive to get this garbage of a drink 🤮🤢😠

Very very bad customer services in here Edward store. I waited in line for 10more minutes and all the staffs been walking behind at the bar and nobody took my order.
Then the red hair supervisor with a south accent refused to grind my coffee bean that’s bought in frisco Starbucks. She said that’s the “policy”. And that’s just her way to refuse to serve a customer.
Take off your attitude in workplace!

Most expensive Starbucks I've been to. There more expensive than Vail. I asked why and was told there a company store and Vail is a Franchise........ didn't make sense this location was about a Dollar more for the same Drink I always get.
