What a terrible experience! Definitely not a friendly service! After a day of skiing I walked with my kids into Edwards Sundae ice cream shop just to be kicked out of the shop for wearing ski boots. Good luck with your rude staff and your bad to midiocre overpriced ice cream!

On the other hand - an ice cream place that I will recommend 100% is Kiwi in Avon with friendly staff and yummy ice cream! ... FYI I have walked in there with my kids in ski boots multiple times and enjoyed a delicious ice cream and perfect service!

Good ice cream. Salt & Straw and Jeni’s both blow this place out of the water but it’s a solid option. Don’t try the fancy waffle cones, they are stale.

Went in with my daughter for ice cream. I got a sundae which was delicious. Loved the hot fudge that they offer, and they have a great selection of flavors and toppings. My daughter enjoyed a milkshake. The quality is great. The only reason I did not give five stars was because of the service. The employee working seemed irritated and annoyed when I kindly asked about the topping that the menu stated comes with the milkshake and said since I didn’t mention it in advance she couldn’t do anything about it. I ended up kindly asking if we could still have one on the side then. She also ignored me and let another employee take over when I said I wanted to place one additional order. I have worked over a decade in customer service and know what it’s like however the way you show up for the customer is of the utmost importance.

This place has really amazing ice cream with awesome choices, too. I got rocky rage with whipped cream, graham cracker crumble, and malted milk balls mixed in, all in a waffle bowl. It was quite an overload, but it was great! The lady working there was very friendly did a great job. The only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars is because it was way overpriced. This was about $13. Although it was delicious, I don't agree it should cost that much.

The ice cream was delicious, and the homemade waffle cones were even better. Staff was friendly and quick. If we were local, we'd be regulars.

They have very unique flavors and toppings.

Apologies for the slightly rude review but if you’re looking for an honest one, it’s here! When I was a kid this was a marble slab and it was 1000 times better. Sundaes is overpriced and the employees are ALWAYS rude and not to mention, incompetent. I’ve probably had a kind worker 2 or 3 times. As you’ve probably guessed, those nice workers quit. This is a photo from the most recent time, where the employee apparently does not know how to put ice cream in a cone. This is not the worst of my experience but as the employee turn around is quick, I didn’t care to review for the others. The ice cream isn’t bad, the price and employees are.

Excellent homemade ice cream! Good non-dairy sorbet options as well! The vegan chocolate was especially perfect for our daughter who loves chocolate and is allergic to dairy!

Delicious ice cream and friendly service 10/10 would recommend
