They came to Skijoring and we were amazed! Got the Chicago dog and fries, and the dog was on point- perfect Chicago dog, perfect toppings, excellent bun. The dog snapped! The fries were an unexpected treat-slightly crispy and seasoned so well I didn't even want ketchup, which is not my usual choice! I really hope to get a chance to sample more of their menu in future.
We had Mark and crew come to our property to provide lunch to our employees and it was awesome and absolutely delicious. These guys were authentic and you could truly feel their passion for all things Chicago. It was such a great time getting to meet and know these guys. Thanks again y'all!!!!! See ya around! Can't wait to get round two and more!
Mark Ramos has brought a type of food that makes your mouth water. There are very few, if any, food trucks that bring the flare from Chicago that Chi Shack does. Mark is passionate about the product he puts out to the customer. He ensures that the juice meets and exceeds his expectation. I had the Italian Roast Beef that was juicy, full of flavor, and most importantly delicious.
