We hired Chi-Shack for a corporate food truck night in Vail. Mark and his team did a great job! The variety of different brats and dogs and toppings was delicious and they even brought fries and canned sodas to go along with the meal. Mark was really responsive when booking the event and flexible with pricing. Highly recommend!
I've moved out of Chicago and have since been looking for legit Italian Beef joints outside of Chicago on my travels. I've tried dozens of places with all of them not even close to the real deal that Chicago area restaurants produce. The Chi Shack finally bringing authentic Chicago food to the valley! Mark, the owner/chef, is a complete gem of a human and takes the midwest nice to a whole new level. Had the Chicago dog and it was amazing with perfectly crispy fries - the pickle spear was crunchy which is a must. I felt like I was at Portillos, only better. My husband loved his Italian Beef sandwich - said it was one of the best he ever had. Highly recommend the Chi Shack.
