We had Mark and crew come to our property to provide lunch to our employees and it was awesome and absolutely delicious. These guys were authentic and you could truly feel their passion for all things Chicago. It was such a great time getting to meet and know these guys. Thanks again y'all!!!!! See ya around! Mark Ramos has brought a type of food that makes your mouth water. There are very few, if any, food trucks that bring the flare from Chicago that Chi Shack does. Mark is passionate about the product he puts out to the customer. He ensures that the juice meets and exceeds his expectation. I had the Italian Roast Beef that was juicy, full of flavor, and most importantly delicious.
Bomb. If you want good Chicago food in the valley, this is the spot to go - had the Italian beef and don’t skip the chilli cheese fries. Mark is the homie, will definitely be back.
