The Vista Restaurant, located at the Country Club of the Rockies golf club, in Edwards, CO, greets you with a quiet and luxurious ambience. The views of the golf course from the outside deck are beautiful and the restaurant interior is comfortably casual. The food is "off the charts". A must visit for a great culinary meal accompanied by wonderful piano music.
Nice experience, atmosphere, and service. Salmon was cooked exactly right and French Onion soup was delicious. The beet salad was good but not outstanding. The cost seemed excessive. 5 drinks, an appetizer, 2 soups, 2 salads and 2 entrees. $366
If I could give 6 stars I would. Been enjoying Vista for a few years and it is as “can’t miss” of an experience you’ll find! The valets, the hostesses, servers, barkeeps and manager (Will) owners Darryl and Chef Dave are exceptional and the and atmosphere is unmatched in the Vail Valley. It reeks of charm and delectable tastes for all palettes!
