The ambience for the outdoor seating is lovely. They have live music and lots of shade. I loved it here.
I knocked down a star on service because the other waitress ignored us despite our attempts to let her know we were ready to order.

Decent at best. Waitress was not very attentive and it wasn’t even busy. Our drinks were empty until we were able to get our waitress’s attention Food was great but a bit overpriced in my opinion. We each had a few drinks and those were overpriced as well. Probably won’t return

This is a fun, (live band on the back patio) country bar with EXCELLENT food. Been coming here for about 4 yrs now. Never had a bad meal or service the entire time. The staffs amazing! Most definitely worth the drive!

Was over charged for a side of fries and sweet potato fries. No one’s paying $10 for a side of fries. Got a salad from the main menu with a SIDE of sweet potato fries and was charge a platter? Rediculous and slow service on top of it. Dissapointed

The drink menu was a real standout, offering unique and creative choices that you won’t find anywhere else in the area. Each cocktail was delicious and clearly crafted with care. The food was just as impressive—everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely fantastic. South 40 offers a dining experience that’s truly one of a kind in the area.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service, unique drinks, and incredible food!

I'm so glad we stopped in for lunch. The waitress was prompt, friendly, and professional. I loved the interior of the place in its rustic western decor. The food was delicious, hot, and perfectly cooked. We will definitely return.
