We love going to Latigo for dinner. Just had their prime rib tonight and it was amazing! Prime rib with 3 large portioned sides, we were not disappointed! The staff is always great everytime we have gone and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Our waiter, who's name is Jupiter, is always so polite, very helpful with a great personality! We have officially become regular patrons!

Good food, open when they feel like it. It gets old after the 3rd time.
Call ahead make sure they will be open!
Really kinda bummed I’m writing this review. I work at a local small business and we are constantly supporting other local small businesses in our area by ordering breakfast or lunches. We usually order big, a lot of hungry guys to feed.
I had played this place up to a couple of the guys saying their biscuits and gravy are some of the best I’ve ever had. Keep in mind I haven’t eaten there since it changed ownership from The Latigo Grille. This morning we put in an order for 6 orders of Biscuits and Gravy.
Once the food was back to the shop and excited about our choice, that was immediately taken away after opening each and every box. It had appeared we ordered off the kids menu but the cost of each meal was 12.50 with tax.
The portion of our to go orders was that of a Biscuit and Gravy from Carl’s Jr. At a cost of 3.79 each. Sorry but we are going to have to stick with Sandy’s. I do want to add that the taste was very good. Just can’t do the 12.50 a plate for something that should have been half that cost with the bacon.
I was hesitant to leave this review but I think it would be helpful to someone who cares about cleanliness. Went there with my husband on a Friday evening. They just opened, so the place was empty. We went to the second store to seat because the first store looks like a cheap eatery, and I wanted to leave when I saw appallingly dirty carpet on the stairs. Our table was covered with grains of salt and pepper but it was clean, so I decided to give them a chance.
Service was polite. We had to serve ourselves salads from a salad bar, and everything was fresh.
However, when my plate arrived and I started cutting my steak, there was a hair under it. Neither my husband nor myself have black curly hair, so I told the waitress there’s a hair on my plate and showed it to her. I barely touched the food. She offered to replace my dish but I didn’t want anything else, so she took my plate away and left.
After several minutes, the manager arrived to our table. She tried to be nice but ended up being passive-aggressive. She started asking what kind of hair I found in my plate and insisting that it was not from any of them, that I should go to the kitchen and see that no one has curly hair in their kitchen. I bit my tongue really hard to avoid telling her I really don’t care where it came from and that they should clean better instead of blaming the customer. I think she assumed I’m trying to scam them, and it showed. She was looking down at me, insisting I order something else, and it felt really uncomfortable. I used to work in hospitality, and in my opinion, the matter was treated poorly.
My husband liked his steak, so for the rest of the evening, they treated me like I didn’t exist and concentrated on him. The waitress probably felt embarrassed, but it still was weird. My order was removed from the check.
Overall, I only appreciated fresh veggies at the salad bar. For the prices they charge, I can eat a great steak at the Carter Payne or similar places, and get stellar service. I would not come to Latigo again.

If you go to Latigo, make sure that you understand that the menu is NOT for all day that is on the website. Also, it is impossible to contact anyone to find out anything like reservations/menu. And if you show up with a small party for dinner @ 4pm on Saturday, you will be rejected for dinner...unless you want to wait until 5pm. And if you talk to the owner, he will not accommodate you so that would be a useless conversation- too bad too sad kind of conversation. (unless you know him personally & then he will like the group we saw in the dining room) I've been going for years & I love it there but this last experience was not good and saddened me. I miss the previous owner although the food is still good there and the waitresses are still good. I wish I had not met the new owner though.

The 2 burgers were undercooked. They were out of Chardonnay. We asked for steak sauce, the bartender said she'd be right back, never saw her again. Salad bar was bare. Not a good experience.

Relaxed, friendly, and great food! I had the chicken in wine, 10 out of 10. I highly recommended it! My partner had prime rib, it was perfectly cooked to his taste. He really enjoyed it. We finished off splitting a blackberry cobbler. Yum! Service was great!!

We went to the Latigo Christmas Auction on Saturday and decided to try Prime Cut Restaurant for breakfast, wow we were so happy we did! My husband and I both ordered the smothered breakfast burrito with the side of potatoes. It's been a long time since we had a great breakfast and with the potatoes being so flavorful! And the burrito was smothered with I think it was a homemade green chili that she makes, it was absolutely delicious! We loved the breakfast so much on Saturday we went on Sunday and had breakfast again. My husband got the smothered burrito and I decided to try the french toast, delicious! We live over 30 minutes away but it is so worth it.

I used to go here a lot. They've had new ownership for about a year now I think. I'd give more stars but they randomly close in the middle of the day on Saturdays now and I can't go there after golfing at Antler's Creek. If you're planning on going here call first.

Absolutely amazing experience, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and great atmosphere. The steak I got was a perfect medium rare and the side of mashed potatoes was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend and definitely will go again. Five stars.
