My wife and I moved to Elizabeth about 2 months ago because of castle rock has grown so much in the last 5 years, we saw full moon saloon when we were walking into Safeway so the next night we got a babysitter "thanks grandma lol" and brought the wife out for food and drinks. As soon as we walked in everyone was very inviting and nice u could feel the good vibes in there so it automatically made me relax. The bar tender was so awesome explain the crazy drinks I didn't know where and was so patient and had us laughing đ we actually got to meet one 2 of the owners Renee she was the coolest made us feel like we had drinks and finger food with old friends and Tyler her business partner happen to be in there having a drink with a friend he was sooo cool I actually ended up getting each other's numbers to bring are cars to a car show together. The atmosphere AMAZING, THE MUSIC AMAZING, THE FOOD AWESOME, THE DRINKS WELL LETS JUST SAY THERE IS NO WATERING DOWN DRINKS GOING ON HERE LOL đ HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF UR LOOKING FOR GREAT NIGHT TO TAKE WIFE OR WITH GROUPS OF FRIENDS. 100% RECOMMEND IF IN PARKER, CASTLE ROCK ITS ONLY 15 MIN AWAY AND IF U ARE IN ELIZABETH WHY WOULD YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Looking through reviews lately I'm not the only one complaining... She is a catalyst to why your business will ultimately fail. Get a grip on life before u want to pretend to be a bar Tender.

This place is an absolute joke, the food is sub par and the service is worse. The bartenders refuse to make the drinks on their own menu and are disrespectful in the process. Honestly, I canât believe they are still in business with the staff and the ownership. Guessing it wonât be for long given the track record they have in the community. I would steer clear and go to a place that has kept to what the small town of Elizabeth stands for.

Ok...so this place...so fun!! I've been on Karaoke night which is my favorite kind of thing. Service was great, customers appeared very content and fun atmosphere!! I sang a couple songs each time I went and it was a blast!! So glad for the live music possibilities!!

I recently held a Rehearsal Dinner at The Full Moon Saloon. The service was impeccable. We had 2 waitresses and they were on fire. Sweet, kind, helpful! Just amazing!! We were treated like gold! Renee was phenomenal from the start. She helped me set everything up and was open to anything we wanted to the. I cannot say enough about this establishment. Well done. We had a blast!! Thank you!!! The Cowboy Quesadilla is my favorite! They make a great Reuben & really good selection of appetizers - the jalapeño poppers are yummy & fried pickleâs delish! Lots of different items on menu.
Music & dancing is great to have Elizabeth! Finally!!! Hanging out with friends on the patio -without driving to Parker or Castle Rock - makes for an easy hang out place.
Really like having something different with music and good food in Elizabeth & supporting local owners!

I enjoy coming here, but I am usually someone who stops in for lunch. It seems you do not open until 3pm Mon-Wed, which is when I usually try and stop in. I think you are losing out on your lunch crowd, but maybe you were just not seeing enough business to justify being open then...

It's just Me
We (me and friends) go there often. Every single time thus far my bill has been incorrect, the service has been extremely slow, and the wait staff seems bothered. I continually have to have my bill corrected, food "fixed" or ask twice for my dressings ECT.. We really try to support you guys, but you need to fix a few bugs still. It's disappointing to see 1 waitress for the entire bar and dinner lasting 3 hours because of waiting. I also understand the cost of food these days, but some of your meals are overpriced for what we receive, especially the apps.
