Catrina’s Latin Food is a hidden gem in Elizabeth, offering totally authentic, delicious food with welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The most authentic Hispanic food in Colorado, it is clearly a favorite community spot where many local people are greeted by name. The bright colors and picture menu on the wall remind some of the Bay Area. There are so many choices, with a great menu. The breakfast burritos are the perfect size, and be sure not to miss pozole day. The soft Chili Renos are fantastic, and everything is always delicious. Great customer service and the absolute friendliest service make this a truly memorable stop, worth a return visit every time in the area.
