This used to be my favorite location but the last 3 times I have been with the same person. ALL 3 times my order has been wrong. She doesn’t listen at all and makes what she wants. For the amount of money for a single coffee she should take the time to listen. To add. I’ve been the only person all 3 times to so you can’t blame it on being busy. Do better.
There was only one employee at this time, so it makes sense it would take longer to get through a line, but this person was focused more on making friends and chatting with customers than actually making the orders. There's a line between being friendly and wasting customer's time.
