Franktown McDonald's stands out with amazing service and food. Orders are always correct, and the food is fresh. The ice cream machine is cleaned daily, ensuring ice cream availability. The staff is fast and courteous, and the restaurant is clean. Customer service is top-notch, making it the best McDonald's in the state. The employees and management are very nice and always pleasant and helpful. The store and grounds are always clean and neat. Caleb, the shift manager, went above and beyond to help a customer with a mistaken order. However, the new building design feels cold and sterile, with gray concrete walls and no community atmosphere. Some customers prefer the old-style comfort of other locations. The toilet seats could use more frequent cleaning. Despite the corporate atmosphere, the staff's kindness and efficiency shine through.
