There was nothing good about my visit. Store was dirty, service was horrendous and the food was awful. If you go in an see the miserable lady with gray hair, just turn around and leave. Unless you want to be stared at and treated poorly. Also, don't ask for anything special bc she doesn't want to have to figure out how to ring it up. Everything about this place was awful and I'll never be back. Based on the ratings here, seems like management doesn't care. I guarantee I'm not the only one with a bad experience here

SPENCER tonight wasn’t just polite and attentive he also IS A SANDWICH ARTIST no joke BEST sandwich I’ve ever had from subway n I use to work there so u know what I mean even better then me he asked how my day was made me feel better even tho it was rough ! Awesome stuff keep it up !

I ordered 2 sandwiches through the app. Picked them up, brought them home. They got the meat and bread correctly.But reversed the sauce and vegetables between mine and my wife's sandwiches.

On 8-3-25 at 8:30pm the lady was very very slow and incompetent at running the oven due to inproper training. Also what kind of subway is out of olives that or she was too lazy to get some from the fridge. She also could not make a sandwich to save her life why am I paying $13 for a sub I eat 3-4in of strait crust

Based on the other reviews of this Subway, they don’t seem to care what their customers deal with and their top priority is money.
Tonight I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up at 8:30, there was only one girl working, closing alone on a Saturday night. Not only is that unfair and SO unsafe for your employee, the customers have a much longer wait time making it frustrating to everyone because Subway doesn’t want to schedule two employees?? I wouldn’t have ordered knowing they were overworking their one single employee.
My boyfriend and me went to get 4 footlong sandwiches, each sandwich was the same and a simple meatball sub. We didnt even get to tell her our order, just 4 footlong sandwiches and she started rolling her eyes multiple times, so my boyfriend and I just walked out. She was very rude and then proceeded to talk under her breath about us as we were walking out. I believe she is the manager of subway, and if you are the manager that’s definitely not a way to act with your customers.

Worst service ever , food was made incorrectly and they refused to remake it
Always up to quality and great staff but dont order double meat. They give no extra meat on the sandwich.

I come here pretty regularly because it’s close but the employees are ALL so incredibly unfriendly.
Maybe consider hiring friendly employees. The old grumpy lady there, tried to convince me to get a different sandwich because she doesn’t like making that one. I said no and was followed by lots of grunts and sighs

Put in our online order at 5:30. The app said it would be ready by 5:45. Gave them some extra time showed up at 5:55. The app said our order was ready for pick up. They hadn’t even started making it yet! Others people coming in and out, they would make their food first. Finally, we waited in the dinning area 30 minutes later and they finally both worked on our order because we were watching them. We waited an hour to get our food. At 6:45 we got it. One of the lady’s hardly spoke English, it seemed like and got the order wrong of another lady in there. The other lady asked why she used bread and not a tortilla on her wraps and the worker completely brushed it off. Complete mess.
This happens every visit. And I tell myself we won’t go back.

Some old lady complains and shakes her head every time a customer comes in. Mumbles while complaining about how people dont stop coming in. Rude to the customers.
I am a truck driver and travel over. Just about every truck stop has a subway. Never has anybody said they couldn't put the sauce the way I wanted. The older woman with white hair was rude and snarky. Here in Elizabeth we have many choices for eateries. I will not come back if she is behind the counter. I gave no stars because I walked away when she wouldn't make it my way.
