Some old lady complains and shakes her head every time a customer comes in. Mumbles while complaining about how people dont stop coming in. Rude to the customers.
I am a truck driver and travel over. Just about every truck stop has a subway. Never has anybody said they couldn't put the sauce the way I wanted. The older woman with white hair was rude and snarky. Here in Elizabeth we have many choices for eateries. I will not come back if she is behind the counter. I gave no stars because I walked away when she wouldn't make it my way.
The grumpy old lady was there so I walked out and went to subway in singing hills
I've given this place more than one chance, but unfortunately, my last two visits have been very disappointing. The food quality has significantly declined, and the customer service has been equally frustrating. In particular, my interactions with the older lady has been very unpleasant- she consistently comes across as extremely rude and inconvenienced by even basic requests, I'd be ashamed of having an employee like this working for me. I will not be returning
My wife asked for extra pickles on her sandwich, and the old lady told her NO!!!
At 9 o’clock in the morning, it was a burden for them to make a breakfast sandwich literally through a fit about having to go in the back and get eggs. I asked for double meat and double cheese and the old lady chastise me and guiled Me into getting it her way. From now on if I walk in there and that old lady’s there, I’m turning around and walking out. This lady is treated me and numerous of my acquaintances horribly. I believe I’m going to make it my mission to get this lady gone maybe start a petition maybe pick it outside the restaurant I don’t know, but she needs to go.
Don't eat here!!! My family and I have gotten food poisoning multiple times here, with different kinds of sandwiches at different times.
Staff is great but food sucks! Will not be back.

They always get my sandwich wrong everyone and the people who work here are so disrespectful I literally am so mad they never listen to what you want to order

This subway is the worst. When we go in, usually there is an older lady working and she is so rude that it keeps my girlfriend and I from going in. We have attempted to order online 3 times now and it is completely wrong. Every. Single. Time. We enjoy eating subway and are thankful there is one in Elizabeth, but after so many terrible experiences we will drive out of our way to avoid this horrible location. Very disappointing. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY ONLINE OR WALK-IN.

I just want to thank you all for feeding me the best sandwiches Ive ever had. Im about a once to twice a week customer who always orders online, and yall nail it every time, especially after a hard day at work. I love yall, keep it up!!!! 😘

The staff didn't understand how to manage time. Online orders with a pickup up time weren't completed on time. The only reason why they started the order was because we showed up to pick it up. There were two employees working. One would think that they would show some teamwork. The older gal also seemed very frustrated about the online orders. If you don't want to provide that service, remove it as an option.
The older lady was rude, hateful, acting as if she didn't want to be there. Took an extra 20 minutes to get our order.

I always wonder if the owner of this establishment enjoys losing money due to the older cranky lady. First off this is NOT an age discrimination post…. The lady lacks any self awareness as to how rude she is or perhaps her/owner just don’t care and it amazes me that she single handedly is ruining this franchise.
The two young adults are miserable working with her, and tons of customers complain…. Being the only sandwich shop in place (let alone within proximity to the high school) should entail this business be quite successful. But again, the owner must enjoy losing money. Super unfortunate for all

The older women that works at this location needs to go. She is rude every time and she rushes you through your order. Today before I was even in the door she said "did you do an online order?" I said no and she replied "it's going to be a few minutes. Ok fine no problem. Then after waiting while she does the online orders she says "what can I get you" I said I have 4 sandwiches and she says "oh I'm going to have to finish online orders first, I don't have enough time to do 4, sorry" i couldn't believe it just terrible. Since when do you not take care of the customer in front of you first? Or if you can't keep up with both them turn off online ordering. It's like this every time I go in. I continued to think she was having a bad day and it would get better and I was fooled too many times. Will not return.

Terrible experience. My son and I went yesterday to get a couple of sandwiches. We had the rudest and most condescending old lady. The entire time she was making our sandwiches she kept making rude and disrespectful comments. Something should really be done about that lady. Definitely not going there again.
