Messed up our orders so bad that they refunded us the total amount. Quality control isn't one of their strengths. Double check any drinks you get and if you order the iced tea, it looks like water. They seem to be preoccupied with everything other than taking care of their customers.

Went in last night for coffe and shout out to the 2 girls working! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering a recommendation for the caramel macchiato blender (I loved it!) I also ordered the waffle sandwich and it is to die for. They were fast and efficient and overall made my experience at this location truly enjoyable

Baristas were all very nice, respectful and professional! I was greeted right when I walked in! My burrito was cook perfectly and my drinks were delicious!
I'd like to point out that they were visibly busy with a line in cafe and drive and I got my items in a very timely manner. I have seen reviews about people stating it took a while to get there orders but I'm a little confused as why they are complaining unless they came when it wasn't busy. As someone who has worked in the food industries I was very impressed with how fast they were considering the lines. Also, saw the baristas washing there hands often. Behind the counter was very clean and the girls were wiping the counters often.
Overall, very happy with Ziggi's Coffee in Elizabeth.

I’ve been through the drive through a handful of times but had a chance to sit in and do some work for several hours. Right away Paisley was really nice saying it’s ok that I leave some stuff at the table while I go to the bathroom as she was about to leave. The MOD (manager on duty) Trish was very friendly and such a hard worker and very communicative with her colleagues and the customers and very polite. Auggie was my cashier and was very kind and a good kid and was also working very hard! The place is really nice and clean and every worker I’ve met has been nice I have no complaints. Trish’s words of encouragement and compliments to her coworkers creates a very nice environment and very motherly. I will definitely be back in again! Highly recommend!
Dietary restrictions: They’re VERY understanding and are careful if you have dietary restrictions or allergies. For I’m lactose intolerant and I’ve been trying to stay away from dairy due to health reasons.
