I started visiting this location a few months ago and the coffee has always been great and the staff is always friendly. It's nice to see happy people behind the counter. I figured it was time to leave a review if this is going to be my new go to. Being able to use the wifi is also nice. Keep up the great Service!

The help is very immature and unpleasant witnessed a lot of passive aggressive treatment towards employees by employees while I was having coffee not a place I will not be coming back to this place just for that so if you want no drama when you have your coffee, do not recommend this place I will just drive to different location so I won’t have to dill with the high school drama well having a hot cup of coffee always remember to treat others as you want to be treated I think this location should go back to school I think they missed that day cuz I would not like or stand for employer or fellow employees to treat me that bad and don’t think they would like it if someone treated them that way

Stopped in for some WiFi and a cup of coffee. Friendly baristas, good coffee. The gluten free pumpkin bread tasted great! My Hashimoto’s affected girlfriend loved it!

Messed up our orders so bad that they refunded us the total amount. Quality control isn't one of their strengths. Double check any drinks you get and if you order the iced tea, it looks like water. They seem to be preoccupied with everything other than taking care of their customers.

Went in last night for coffe and shout out to the 2 girls working! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering a recommendation for the caramel macchiato blender (I loved it!) I also ordered the waffle sandwich and it is to die for. They were fast and efficient and overall made my experience at this location truly enjoyable

Baristas were all very nice, respectful and professional! I was greeted right when I walked in! My burrito was cook perfectly and my drinks were delicious!
I'd like to point out that they were visibly busy with a line in cafe and drive and I got my items in a very timely manner. I have seen reviews about people stating it took a while to get there orders but I'm a little confused as why they are complaining unless they came when it wasn't busy. As someone who has worked in the food industries I was very impressed with how fast they were considering the lines. Also, saw the baristas washing there hands often. Behind the counter was very clean and the girls were wiping the counters often.
Overall, very happy with Ziggi's Coffee in Elizabeth.
