Skiing or mountain biking, if you’re passing through Empire brighten your day by stopping at the Hard Rock Cafe and chatting with Kim.

Apparently the breakfast burritos (with gravy) are a must if you’re going skiing

Had to wait forever to get seated, for someone to take our order and for the food to get served. Music was way to loud and was told it couldn't get turned down. There was no pizza on the menu.

Great place to grab a late breakfast. Food was excellent, fresh ingredients, healthy, locally made bread, was just what we needed. I highly recommend this for anyone needing good food in Empire.
