“My husband and I had a fabulous lunch at Mountain Mama's this afternoon. Every single bite of the chicken picatta soup and Italian sandwich were delicious/perfect. The lavender lemonade was wonderful and my husband thought the coffee was excellent. To top it off, we landed on the super comfortable high seats looking out over the town and mountains. Come for the view but stay for this food. The service was great too.”

“Hands down the BEST food!!! We got the spicy edamame, fried rice, pad Thai and combination plate!! Absolutely delicious!!! We also sat on the patio and the river that runs behind it is gorgeous! Our new favorite place to eat in Georgetown! It was so good I would drive from Denver to come back just to eat there!”

“Omg coffee was so good. I had a latte and it was medium strength, if you like coffee really strong I recommend adding an extra shot of espresso for flavor but it was good.”
“We just ate here on our travels from Nevada to Pa, and everything was amazing!! food, drink and service was the best we had on our journey. I wish we would have more time to try more of the food and drinks!! Thank you!!”

“The menu is straightforward, the sandwiches are delightful, and the folks running the place were friendly and helpful.
My family was very happy - my four year old even ate most of his turkey and cheese, which is rare for a sandwich.
Also, the music choice was fun.”
“We were up in the Georgetown/Idaho Springs area for the weekend. We were trying to waste time before dinner, so we started looking around the little shops. Ended up in here and saw they served coffee and tea. Ordered a couple of teas, and asked the guy working there for some suggestions on what to do to waste time. He told us to stop by Alpine Restaurant because they have some pool tables and arcade games, and also to go up Guanella Pass to Clear Lake. Neither of them disappointed! We decided to pop back in on our way home from our weekend getaway to get a couple more teas, hot chocolate, and an apple cider and to tel him thanks for his suggestions. My kids said their drinks were made with love. Thanks again!”

“Pizza made like my Italian uncles’. Beer tastes better here. To top off the 5 stars… Anna De! She’s the best. Friendly, sharp as a tack, and wheels and deals the place like a thoroughbred peps legend. Shes the reason for my girlfriend and i’s consistent reoccurrence!!”

“My husband and I came here for ice cream after lunch. We were IN LOVE with the waffle cones and ice cream. We both agreed it was by far the best ice cream cones we've ever had. We will be coming back. I ordered the brownie Carmel fudge swirl (may not be the exact name but something like that) and he ordered vanilla. Service was fine, they were straight to business and didn't chit chat but that's fine. The chairs and tables seemed kind of cramped inside, I had to move chairs to look at the plants they had for sale.”

“Been there for since the 80's. Not changed much since, very nostalgic. Food is average and expensive, better quality than years before. Workers have good attitude. The bar keeps are the best!”
“A great stop during a cold day on the slopes. Hours are unclear, but seems like 11a-2p on weekends and busy days. The chili is delicious. We tried the bison, vegan, and green chili. Canned beer available. There a warming hut and the main building, both can be pretty cramped but at least they’re warm. Restrooms are small but manageable.”

“Came in late from a long day of skiing and found out they were closed. Fortunately a super kind employee let me and my brothers in to grab some hot chocolate and twix. He took the time to run all the way to the back 3 times to get some food for us with a smile. So impressed by the service, and boy you better get this guy a raise. (he was bald)”
“My friend and I sat at high-tops near bar and ordered burger and bloody mary at bar. Sat and soaked up vibes of a busy sunday lunchtime while enjoying my big, beautiful, and tasty Bloody Mary.Food came out after about 15 minutes and initially when the server came out and asked if the burgers he had were for us, I (in confusion) turned him away because I had forgot that I had ordered a burger. The bartender then checked to see why my burger hadn’t arrived yet, and he gave me a tender arm touch that showed me he cared and wanted to make sure I was comfortable, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I got my burger after a couple minutes and the world was at peace. We ate our burgers and drank our drinks and enjoyed them. My friend thought his Margarita was delish though for the price wish there was slightly less ice and more marg. I joined the clean plate club, but my friend couldn’t handle the tots and left them half finished. However, once we started skiing again I wished I had followed his lead because I was FULL and mega sleepy.Anyways, Club Car was good.Couple extra notes:- Hefty napkins for a manly man- Tot got lodged in friends throat while we were eating and messed up conversation, no blame to Club Car but worth mentioning”
