Alvarado's Mexican Fast Food

When this restaurant first opened up everything was great, food and service. Now is different the food is prepared with very lil love. My last 3 orders have been completely wrong. Ur prices are entirely too high to not make orders correct. This is sad because at some point u were GREAT!! I will never go back.

Great 24 hour Mexican spot. Most items here are pretty good; the carne asada fries are a must. The horchata is good. The rice and beans are just like my abuelitas home cooking (which a lot of restaurants in Denver seem to struggle with) so extra points there.

However, tried the chimichanga this weekend...honestly just take it off the menu. Nobody should spend their hard earned money on that lol. It was not deep fried, but instead just like double wrapped and basically a wet burrito. But filled with shredded beef and tomatoes? Pretty gross, threw most of it away.

Can't win em all! Still a great spot though

This place has become my favorite taco place. The carnitas tacos are my favorite. Quesabirria tacos are great as well.

When it first opened it was great. Large portions, quality of product was better. Maybe using better quality of food? This is Colorado, we know Mexican food!!
Now it's like they don't care what they're serving. Burritos are greasy asked for green chili, paid extra they gave us watery green sauce, NOT GREEN CHILI
The chicken was overcooked and the beans were cold and thick, looked like they're canned! If you're charging $10- $13 per Burrito it has to be a whole lot better. 3 people for lunch $47, we can dine and have a really great lunch elsewhere.
Very disappointed.

I love their breakfast burritos with Green Chili.. a little warm inside on the hot days, no big deal. Excellent meals!!

The price is pretty high. The food is good, some of the prices aren't too bad depending on what you get.

Great 24 hrs a day spot for tacos, burritos, tortas and other Mexican cuisine. the food is fast reasonably inexpensive and very tasty. This is a great late night spot to grab a bite before or after a show down Broadway. The portions are great. the service is excellent and I can assure you won't be disappointed. Weather you are craving a breakfast burrito or a full on plate this spot has you covered.
