Colore Italian Restaurant

The new Colore in Littleton is a total gem! Authentic Italian, super flavorful, and not overpriced. The bruschetta and baked pasta were phenomenal. Our friend had a Manhattan 🍸 and loved it. So glad they opened near us as there aren’t many independently operated restaurants that aren’t part of a big chain. Yummmmm.

The service was great! We never lacked anything. Ordered the mussels appetizer, not very good and smelled fishy. The entrees were okay, nothing outstanding, but nothing bad either.

We accidently went on their first night in their new location. Nice location, restaurant has a warm and welcoming interior. The patio was quite nice for us for a late dinner on a summer night.

Service was very quick and also attentive. Our order came to the table in a timely manner.

We enjoyed the Italian sodas, very creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet. Calamari was crispy and served with two sauces that balanced each other well. A rich tomato sauce and a spicier light sauce.

Entrees were delicious. Rich and fresh taste, and good portions. Not unreasonable where I can overindulge but I certainly did not leave hungry.

We finished with lattes and cannolis, both excellent and paired very well together.

We will definitely be back, if you are local to the area I implore you to support this business new location as it's a welcome addition to the neighborhood for myself.

the food was amazing but it was entirely the bartender that made our experience incredible. Marley was attentive, personable and impressive with her ability to balance serving on the floor while bartending during happy hour. She’s the best of the best

Great place, great food! One of our favorite restaurants. The staff are always wonderful! And they got us in last minute for a party of 11 (for my daughter's graduation) on the patio, but it was great on the patio.

Really great and professional service! The linguine alla vongole was heavenly and for a much better price than many other italian restaurants in town. Everyone at the table loved their food and we can't wait to come back :)

We used to LOVE this place. So much so that we held our wedding shower here. However, it seems as though it has gone a little downhill since the original owner passed away. Our server seemed to be bothered that she’s had to wait on us. I could overlook that and chalk it up to a bad night. However, we ordered the bruschetta appetizer. We had 4 people with us and the 3 that ate the appetizer all ended up with food poisoning later that evening and lasting into the weekend. Disappointing.

Gorgeous restaurant and delicious food! The restaurant is on the smaller side and was very busy but still a very comfortable and relaxed experience

Wow! I have wanted to try Colore for over a year now and I am so happy that I finally made a reservation! The mussels , Chicken Saltimbocca, Lobster Ravioli and tiramisu were sooooo stupid good! The sweet and bubbly hostess's greeted us with a big smile and our server was so attentive, professional and knowledgeable as well as the hard working owner who was shoulder to shoulder with his staff. Clearly this is a little locally owned gem and they are killing it! Great job Colore! We will tell all of our friends and will definitely be back!
