“My wife and I were looking for something to do tonight and checked out the local brewery, Cerebral Brewing online to see what food truck was there. Uptown & Humboldt was listed and the menu looked solid so went there this evening. The food absolutely did not disappoint! Excellent food and the service was great, we had a pretzel bun burger and the lamb gyro and they were fantastic. We absolutely recommend them! Loved it!“
