A few things we always believed when we were going to Hacienda. The quality of the food, drinks and service never disappointed. We used to go at least once a week but hadn't been there for almost six months. Went last Saturday. Watered-down drinks, bland food and hardly anyone there. So disappointing. It won't be there long.

First time ever coming here and disappointed in almost every way. For how much advertising I hear and see about Hacienda, I would have atleast expected a little better than what I got. Chile con quest was half a cup serving considering the large price tag. I ordered the crab and shrimp pablano plate and when it arrived EVENTUALLY, it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile since the beans were crusted over. The pablano still had atleast a tablespoon of seeds still inside so I had to scrape out the pablano first to eat it to avoid the seeds. My husband ordered the shrimp fajitas and when it came, no sizzling of the skillet and his corn tortillas were cold. We had to ask for fresh warm ones. It is just sad for the price of each plate, I definitely expected more and better. Sadly the first time coming here and we won't come back. Don't waste your money.

Steak fajitas were salty not savory. The staff person making the table side guacamole was far from enthusiastic.
On the plus side, the restaurant was huge and very chic.
Definitely recommend avoiding this spot on the weekends. They do not want you there.

Met for a family dinner today for 7 people. Slow service. Gave chicken instead of steak to my granddaughter. Meals came out separately after waiting quite sometime. Mine was last after quite some time. Steak was mushy and oversalted. We had to ask to comp her meal, rather then them offering it. For 168 dollars, I was not impressed. Wasn't even that busy Been several times, but probably won't be back...

We've been here about a handful of times. It's always pretty good. The service was excellent this last time. I had the chicken enchiladas and they were quite delicious. The cocktails are quite strong but small. My fiance had the fajitas and she loved them. The salsa is not very spicy, but the queso dip is wonderful.

We had the best service for a family dinner the other night. We came in relatively late on a Tuesday night, and they couldn't have been friendlier or more accomidating. The food was excellent. My wife has a gluten allergy and we ordered the wrong thing, but they totally fixed it without any issues. Great spot. Thanks everyone!
