Appreciate their commitment to quality ingredients and fresh pizzas! Love that they are coal fired too, so unique. Tons of great menu options and super fantastic gluten free crust that they spend a lot of time on!
We had a delightful evening catching up with friends at Marco's. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!
The pizza was not as good as it normally is. Very soggy and wet and came out kind of cold. The prosciutto was extremely salty, and the arugula was not washed. Overall worst experience I've had at this location.
Ambience was a bit antiseptic. We were expecting something a little warmer and inviting. We were seated immediately. We ordered salads and pizza. The salads were fresh and perfectly dressed. Pizza was very good but the crust was not as crisp as the ones we've have during previous visits. Service was excellent.
As a Celiac this is one of my best go to Pizza places for being Gluten free. The have a designated prep area. My favorite Pizza is the Sicilia, but I have not really had bad air here ever. This last time we had the Limoncello wings, 2 GF pizzas and a couple of martinis. Great service. One side of this location is a sports bar and the other a restaurant depending on what your want.
Dietary restrictions: If you are Gluten free, you are safe here. Of course always alert your server.

Had some issues with DoorDash pick up time being way off and then correcting it. But after sitting down with the manager, he did end up making it right.
Updating review with an extra star as management followed through with there word.

Being a New England native and having access to Boston's North End, New Haven iconic pizza parlors and New York City pizza joints, I believe I know good pizza. Marco's has good pizza. Here's my problem with Marco's and why I did not give five stars: Their pizza crust is SO great that it shouldn't be wasted. The leftover end crusts BEG for olive oil dipping. I have rarely been to Italian restaurants that did not bring a basket of bread and olive oil to the table as soon as guests have been seated. Marco's pizza crust has that great chewy, glutenous mouth feel and after devouring the slices, those chewy end crusts are just pushed off to the side. Instead of dessert I would prefer some good EVOO to dip those leftover crusts in. Aside from no olive oil for dipping the crusts, I thought the waitress was a bit on the rude side. She was definitely very busy handling many tables but didn't have to exhibit her inability to cope with that kind of stress to the diners. Aside from no olive oil for dipping and an overworked waitress, I would definitely return. The pizza is made using the highest quality ingredients and I loved it. If the crust is not chewy, then it is not authentic, in my opinion. Cracker-type and wonder-bread-type dough just does not work. Marco's pizza is the real deal. I work at a grocery store in the DTC and am telling customers (many of whom are business people staying at DTC hotels, most of whom are locals) to try Marco's. I will definitely go back and next time will ask for olive oil for the crust ends dipping. Best pizza in Denver.
UPDATE 12.30.24: Was going to order my fave Del Re pizza today but when I saw the price of $25.20 I almost passed out. Would never go that high for pizza. As far as I'm concerned they've passed the price point of no return.

This is my favorite pizza place in Denver. Great service, fantastic pies, salads, and appetizers.
I wrote a four star because I love this place with the caveat that in-person, it is wonderful. I will never order a pizza for delivery again though, because they forgot the sauce on a pizza I’m super familiar with (bless up Del Re) and is awesome at the restaurant. Without the sauce, it was super dry - just bread, cheese, mushrooms, and prosciutto. The sauce really packs a lot of flavor. I had also ordered a pistachio pesto on the side so just tried that instead and it had large, sharp pistachio shells ground up in it.
I didn’t actually call for replacement of the pizza because I was too busy and too hungry to reorder, but this experience made me never want to order for takeout/delivery again. In house is the way to go!
Dietary restrictions: They have dedicated equipment for the limoncello wings and GF pizzas and I know I can count on them to take allergens and dietary restrictions seriously.

We just had our first visit to MCF, but we left pretty disappointed. I'll start by saying that the service was great and the atmosphere was great. Food came out fast. The cheese bread tasted alright. The pizza was a mess. It was so soft you could not pick it up with a single hand. I love thin crust, but normally thin crust is crisp, not flimsy. Eating the pizza was an absolute mess for both my boyfriend and I, despite different pizzas. The taste wasn't particularly for me, but I won't punish them for that. That being said, paying $80 for two people to eat flimsy pizza? I can't recommend that.
