They usually always get something wrong but today I don’t understand how you get so many things wrong, the lady working was very rude and look annoyed and gave me the wrong McFlurry, no straw for my drink, grape jelly instead of mayo?, and the wrong sauces. I genuinely don’t understand how this happens

Service at this location is usually horrible typically I need to repeat an order five times and then I'll still get the wrong order. Angle was the first employee I've had a good interaction with, he was clear concise, and got our order, right immediately.

I can't believe I've been here dozens of times, and I have not yet rated this place. Overall it's a 3 mostly because the people that work the drive-thru are always trying to push everyone into to the next window or to a pick-up spot even if there's no one behind me. Mcdonald's drive-thrus are really designed for people to sit there and wait so let them sit there and wait!
