Provided catering for my dad’s celebration of life this past weekend for 135 people and it was fantastic! We had brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken. Catering table was nicely set up, food stayed nice and hot. Had a ton of people ask for their info!
We decided to have BBQ last minute on New Years Eve. Our usual spot was sold and, and I am so happy they were. Smokin Outlaw is the best BBQ we have had in a long time! The brisket and pulled pork were tender and smoked to perfection! Their coleslaw was even better than most. I can't wait to eat Smokin Outlaw again!
Good lawd - go right now! Had spicy links, ribs (fall off the bone tender), coleslaw (with apples in it!), bacon Mac-n-cheese, green chile corn, jalapeño corn bread. And cobbler :-) Good grief - it was all fantastic!
