This Starbucks is always tidy, polite, and quick with their service. Their manager is especially attentive and has excellent customer service. Even when they make mistakes they're very sweet and apologetic. I never have any issues with them and reccomend this location highly!

Because I'm constantly out and about I'm always stopping in to a Starbucks to catchup on work before my next appointment, I see a lot of the Starbucks throughout the city. The owner of this Starbucks truly made an great impression! She went above and beyond serving my coffee and even offered me a free drink. I will defiantly make and effort to come back to this Starbucks.

My business is located in this building. I come to get coffee and food regularly. I am always greeted by name when I come in and the staff have been nothing but incredibly kind. The convenience for me is perfect!

Extremely rude. No one talked to you or even looked at you. Waited for my mobile order and they put two of my items on the mobile order section and one at the regular counter so it was just sitting there and I had no idea.

I ordered a grande iced gingerbread oat milk chai with the espresso shot did not receive my espresso shot. I also ordered a cheese danish also did not receive that. Tried to call and no one answered.and tomorrow is thanksgiving so they are not open super annoying 🙄🙄

Hayley at the front desk needs to check her attitude if she is going to be working in a costumer service position, that was the worst human interaction I have ever gone through. Just in the time span of order I got at least 5 eye rolls and when she gave me my drink might as hell have thrown it at me and the drink I ordered was suppose to have cold foam on top and she said “you said you didn’t want it” sorry I didn’t know I was suppose to specify I wanted it when the drink clearly comes with it, gahhhh she was the worst! I hope her day gets better and she gets her attitude In check before she continues loosing tips for her team.

This is the best starbucks I have been to. The baristas here are the best. They are so nice and kind also they have your order ready for you all the time.... thanks guys.

Hayley the lady at the counter clearly does not belong in guest service… she was rude and loudly said it says “INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!!” when my card was locked … like have some Couth … don’t understand how someone helping someone can be just down right ugly about it …and the prices are ridiculous … I refuse to ever visit this Starbucks again… and the wait … WTH? A Licensed Starbucks? What does that mean ? You bought a Starbucks to be rude and charge more for something that’s already expensive??? And three people whose orders were taken after … left first … I know they weren’t mobile orders because they were in line when we started.. …the drink was perfect though so good job for that ..

Price gouging. Feels like this location raised their prices to take advantage of the hospital workers. The employees are always incredibly friendly tho!

Came here for a simple cup of pike roast, not only was the coffee horrible but they do not provide creamer/ sugar for one to put in a regular cup of coffee. The service was pretty bad and we were just an inconvenience to them it seemed.
When scanning ewallet to pay for order they do not accept them…..

I ordered a grande coffee, not only was it more expensive then any other Starbucks but my coffee was filled like half way full in my cup so I basically got a tall coffee instead for the grande price. Won’t be coming here again!!
