The food is delicious, the service is terrible. ? I stopped ordering from them because my food is never ready when I go to pick it up, and I usually have to wait an additional 15 minutes. Then they rush to make the order and goof it up (the last two times have been a real disaster). I finally went back today hoping they'd gotten their act together, but it was the same old thing. As An Englewood resident I had no idea that this place was even here. It’s hard to find, then again most good things are understated. I got an amazing recommendation from my friend and the SubCenter did not disappoint. I have been tired of giving my money to chain establishments that have no vested interest in their work. RIGHT NOW we have to support local businesses and I’m so glad to have a local place offering amazing food at such a great price. This is now my go to place...

Fantastic customer service! I like going to restaurants where the employees put pride and care about their service and food. Her name escapes me unfortunately, Missy? but she was amazing!
