I've never had an experience where the order was correct, arrived on time, or was paired with acceptable customer service. This is the worst Abos location there is, by far.

Terrible experience. This store has gone downhill.
Extremely expensive, delivery takes forever, and they forget items (twice it happened that they forgot my soda). Never again. Other Abo's are better.
Hell, forget Abo's and just stick with Cosmo's. MILES better.
don’t even bother. it’s early in the evening around 7:30 and they close at 9pm. they have a flashing neon sign that says “pizza by the slice”… nope. went in and asked what they may have? nooooooo. it’s already in the walk in. they didn’t ask if i wanted to order anything else or even mention hey come back before xyz time. they clearly don’t n ed the business. super ridiculously poor customer service. this is my third and final try to dine with them.

Disappointing delivery today. The pizza was overcooked and missing a lot of flavor. I also think we were the last on the delivery route as the pizza was cold.
Not bad for out of state NY style pizza.

We paid close to thirty five dollars for a pizza. That was light on the sauce and light on the toppings won't be going back there again. The pizza was very average in flavor.

Went for a slice, partner asked for sliced red onion on hers; they chopped some raw onion the size of quarters onto her slice. Sent back to ask for some sliced onions, and who I assume was the owner, was very rude to the kind waitress who went to ask for the change. Really no tolerance for their behavior and won’t be coming back to support a spot that doesn’t treat their employees with respect.

Terrible turn time. Stated 30-45 min, no problem. Great.
Shows up 1.5 hrs later. Quit ordering 4 years ago, gave it another shot. Reaffirmed previous experiences. Make space for an owner that can delight.

Pretty decent pizza spot on Erie, staff is always friendly.
They offer a good range of toppings, crust options are pretty basic but ingredients always taste fresh and spot on.

Incredible food with great ownership out of My. 100 orders only one time I dislike my food slightly, and the owner replaced it full refund with food. No problem. Very nice people.

My wife and I went for hot subs. My wife ordered a bottled beer. The beer smelled kind of off and the date on the bottle was 2013. They replaced that. My sausage sub came and the sausage was sliced thin like for a pizza and it was probably equivalent to one like. More roll than substance and the roll was burned. My wife had the caprise sub that was even thinner than mine.
Maybe their pizza is better but we won't get to find out as we won't be going back. $39 for this disastrous meal. The owner is supposedly from NY as we are but this resteraunt wouldn't survive in NY.
