I went there for dinner, we ordered Bangkok street fried rice with chicken and curry tofu. The taste of fried rice is just so so nothing special and the curry is so sweet, which is should be savory.
The place is nice and the service is good. But unfortunately the taste of the food is not that authentic like in Thailand.

Did a pick up order. Paid for double meat and "Thai hot"
I think I got half meat and lower than mild

What a great local restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The cashew nut with chicken was amazing. Inkham was excellent and we are looking forward to coming back.

I ordered 3 dishes online at 6:20 pm and was informed that it would be done by 7:30 pm. After 7:30 pm, I asked for an update three times and never received a response. After the third time of no response, I asked to speak with a manager and was told "there's no manager on the floor tonight." I finally received my order at 8:00 pm. I don't understand why it took over 90 minutes to prepare three simple dishes. I'll never return.

I'm going to start with the food is good. The menu is simple, not a lot of options, so they can get it right. What I should have known, and it would have changed whether I ate in or got it to go, is that it seems they focus on the food being picked up. While sitting there for 60 minutes (after ordering) with nothing but a plastic cup of water... we got to see many to go orders being taken to the front door. We did not see a lot of orders being dropped off at tables.
After much lack of communication, food eventually made its way to the table... but then you're kind of afraid it's just a tease and they are going to take it away again... so you rush through dinner. Or, it's been 75 minutes and you could be tired of sitting and just want to leave.
Would you guess that the wait staff would then show up immediately to check you out so that you can go home (since you probably already missed whatever you were planning on doing)? If so, you'd be wrong! Since we didn't see them before dinner, it's probably normal not to see them after dinner too.
I was surprised when I found out Busaba means flower in English and not "settle down, this is going to take a while" or simply: "Slow".
Tl;DR - If you're not in a rush, and have a couple of hours to kill, Busaba is a good place to go on a Saturday evening. Within about 90 minutes you can get a plastic cup of water, a bowl of good food and a decent level of frustration about how no one is running the front of house.

Bartender was great. We sat at bar and enjoyed banter. Great food. The lights could be slightly dimmed. It’s a bit bright.

The new location is as fantastic as the original, if not better! Our family loved it and our server was so pleasant. I order shrimp pad thai all the time, and this one was fabulous. Also recommend the Bangkok fried rice.

At my recent visit to Busaba, I savored their basil chicken with rice, which completely transformed my perception of this comforting dish. The chicken was tender and marinated to perfection, infused with aromatic basil that brought a delightful freshness to each bite. Paired with fluffy rice that soaked up the vibrant flavors, the meal was a symphony of textures and tastes. The subtle heat from the spices and the crunch of fresh vegetables created a balanced experience that was nothing short of exceptional. This dish is a true testament to Busaba’s culinary prowess, setting a new benchmark for chicken and rice in my dining repertoire.
