The kind, patient, saint of a woman handling the front desk today at 5:30pm should be rewarded, celebrated and promoted. Seriously. It's Halloween and the store is incredibly busy and there is a 30-60 minute wait. The amount of entitled, rude, snarky, eye-rolling adults was baffling because they had to... wait for pizza. The woman at the desk did everything she could to help everyone, was professional and friendly through it all and all she heard were complaints. Please reward your stellar, amazing employee for going above and beyond.

Order took a long time but staff was awesome!!!! Place was packed and took a long time but what do you expect for a Friday night on Halloween. Staff was very apologetic and were constantly giving up dates. Girl working the register did an amazing job!!! I cannot stress enough how well the staff handled the madness and kept things VERY professional.

We had a fantastic experience with Papa John's for my son's birthday party! We placed a very large order, and the manager went above and beyond—he came in early to his shift and personally delivered the pizzas to make sure everything was perfect. The pizzas arrived on time, were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Outstanding service and great food—thank you for helping make our celebration a success!
