I had been sleeping on Sakura - it’s fast indeed, yummy and fresh, rolls are a great size, and the man and woman working there were very pleasant both on the phone and in person. I ordered the crazy horse roll (good portion of fish in there!), firecracker roll, and the bronco roll. The ambiance is casual and unassuming, so not necessarily a spot for date night but perfect for lunch, quick dinners and takeout.

A modest and quaint place. Its a different atmosphere to most sushi restaurants in a way that feels more casual. The staff are nice, the rolls are good, and the prices are better than most places. Overall, great value and great experience, i look forward to eating here again.

Smells like vinegar in there, sent back food where to tuna was brown and got mega attitude. Tuna should not be brown, baked or not.

Overall fine, meh, checks a box. Nothing great and nothing to complain about. Makes me question if all the sushi in a land locked state is so meh?

The food is decent but definitely not top tier. It feels like half the rolls are krab based, and the actual fish is nothing remarkable. It's better than gas station/supermarket sushi, but that's about it. The wasabi is a pale imitation of the real thing: thin and barely spicy. The store is extremely small and it's probably not worth dining in. Service is relatively fast but impersonal; worst of all, they just raised their prices again. So, although I like supporting local businesses, I'd recommend Aji or getting closer to Denver/Boulder to anyone looking for quality fish and great sushi.

This is less of a review and more of a, "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS??" Yesterday I called and called, no answer, and then I drive by and your closed during your regular business hours. Today, Friday during listed business hours, again, no answer. Are you guys opening again??

I think everyone is skeptical about trying a new sushi place, but we were pleasantly surprised with Sakura! The food was made super fast and it was AH-MAZING! For the price and the great food, we will be eating here much more often!
