This is quite literally the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Not only does it take AT LEAST 15+ minutes every time, my food is always bad and usually cold. My tater tots literally crumble from how hard they are, it’s like cheering on rocks. The drinks never taste right. This place needs some major changes.

Horrible custom service and slow service! They were not busy at all... waited over 15 mins for 2 items! When the girl came out with my order she practically threw my drink at me and it spilled all over my clothes. She just looked at me was un phased and didn't even apologize! Definitely don't recommend this location.

First, the guy bringing food out tried to give me someone else’s order. Out of five items ordered, 4 of them were screwed up. Onions on my wife’s breakfast burrito when in the app a selected no onions. No cheese sauce on that same burrito when I selected on the app that it be added. Slushies had almost zero syrup added. My wrap was supposed to have tomatoes, onions and pickles but had nothing but tortilla, chicken and cheese sauce - gross! And when I asked the guy if he could try again with my kid’s slush, he tossed it in a trashcan six feet away and came back out with another poorly mixed and barely flavored slush. Zero apologies or sign of giving a shit. Dude was just frickin’ rude. I won’t be going to that Sonic again.

Absolute worst sonic establishment ever. I ordered the Ocean Water, Mozzarella Sticks, A double cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard, a strawberry cheesecake Master Shake, and a breakfast burrito with cheese. First of all, there was a 20 minute wait to even ORDER and they missed my shake completely. Then after driving back I had to wait another FORTY MINUTES to ask for it. Onto the order: The ocean water does Not taste how its supposed to it just tasted like sprite which I know from other establishments is completely wrong. The Mozzarella Sticks only came with one marinara sauce which is not enough, the strawberry cheesecake master shake was BITTER and not blended properly. The breakfast burrito barely had any cheese. And Worst of All, the burger was just completely wrong. It only had 1 patty with no cheese no ketchup and a little bit of mustard and smelled completely awful. This is the worst establishment of Sonic ever and you should NEVER come here. Go to the one on Coalton Rd. You'll actually get your order right and fast there unlike here.

There was a bit of a wait but no worries at all as they were completely understaffed! Teens working there got stuff out as fast as they could! Overall delicious food but hire more people sonic!!!!!

Order was perfect and alexah was so sweet with helping me decide on my order :-)
Hands down the worst sonic I have ever had. All my food was lukewarm. My shakes were melted. I asked to have my blast corrected and they were literally just topped with the candy. Even when I explained that to one of the staff members they seemed annoyed and when I received it, it had eyelashes in it and was melted. The chocolate shake...cannot even be counted as a chocolate shake... I threw away my food because I was so upset. So I only got a picture of my sons shake. Save yourself the time and money and go to another sonic or somewhere else.

The crew often get orders wrong . I have waited long periods at drive through before anyone acknowledges I am there to order, have even gone up to window because no one was responding. I often feel that the teenagers running the drive through don’t care about their job and don’t really care about the customers.
