I’d like to give a shout out to Junior, a very dedicated young man who works in Erie by highway 7. He kept his composure and good disposition even while working alone and customers are pilling up. I hope he gets appreciated by his superior.

Ordered a garlic butter burger without onions. Put them on the side. To my surprise it's onions on my burger and the ones on the sides isn't even grilled. Asked for tots without salt. It was an ungodly amount which made it tough to eat. Tried to call to resolve the issue the phone number online posted isn't working. Wasn't provided a receipt with my order. All the while it took 15+mins for my order to come out and food was luke warm. I had more than just my meal. Very dissatisfied with today's experience.

Ordered a Chocolate-Banana shake, the drive-through employee asked if we said peanut butter, we said no we want a chocolate-banana shake, and she gave us a peanut butter shake and no receipt. This locations phone number doesn't work either, so don't try to complain to them.

We ordered three burritos, two were ultimate meat and cheese, and one was a super sonic. None had sausage, the super sonic had no meat at all. No one told us there was an issue, or that there would be no sausage. We didn't realize the problem until we had gotten home, and it's a fifteen minute drive each direction. I called the location to complain and got a message saying they are not taking calls. There's a reason we hadn't gone to sonic, especially this one in almost two years. Now we remember why.

Can't even hear the speaker to take order in drive thru and every other time in here i ask for them to add an ingredient they'll add an over abundance of example mayo and so much it over powers the flavor of the burger or ketchup

I haven't been to Sonic for years. The staff had to come out to get the payment because the machine didn't work. I ordered a chili cheese dog and there was barely any chili or cheese on it. While I enjoy the footlong hot dog, Dairy Queen does a better chili cheese dog.

The employees at this location are super friendly but they mess up your order a decent amount and the food is meh for a Sonic. I recommend this over the Popeyes next door but not the best location to stop at in my opinion.
Ridiculously slow. They were last time as well, so I will not be returning. The sweet girl who took my credit card was definitely trying her best.

Waited near 20 minutes for my mobile order. I decided to walk up to the door yo check on it and one of the girls had the nerve to have an attitude. “It’s coming😒”
I get being short staffed but 20 minutes is a bit much, especially when everyone around is getting their food plus the attitude is unnecessary.

Went there around 4:15 for food not a single person in the drive thru and I got two ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burritos with no zesty cheese, and a medium cherry limeade with nerds, the girl who was working charged me $19 and the burritos had the zesty cheese and the cherry limeade was a small, when seeing this I asked “is that a medium?” Too which she responded “yep” and slammed the window in my face, completely unacceptable behavior and not my first bad expi At this location
