Ed's Cantina & Grill Reviews

They have some of the best salsa and queso I’ve had in Colorado. Everything we ate was delicious. Highly recommend!
I had a spicy margarita and the Chile Philly with the Mexican street corn. Everything was delicious and Mariana provided fantastic service at the bar! I will be back soon!

Ed's Cantina & Grill offers a diverse menu of Mexican and American cuisine, with a strong focus on vegetarian options like bean and cheese dishes and several vegan choices. The restaurant's fajitas are a highlight, featuring huge portions and super flavorful ingredients. The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere is cozy, blending a mountain-town feel with a unique Mexican twist. The restaurant caters to dietary restrictions, including gluten-free options, and everything on the menu is clearly marked. Guests can enjoy delicious items like homemade chips and roasted salsa, and perfectly cooked plantains. The restaurant promises a memorable dining experience that will keep customers coming back.
Visitors have praised the restaurant's vegetarian enchiladas with zucchini and squash, as well as the bison enchiladas. The combo fajitas for two are also a popular choice, with enough meat to feed four adults. The queso blanco and homemade salsa have been described as bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious. While the service may not always be the best, the food more than makes up for it, with the queso, salsa, and main courses being the standout items. Customers with dietary restrictions, including those with celiac disease, have appreciated the clearly marked menu and the restaurant's efforts to accommodate their needs.
