Ember Restaurant & Bar offers delicious food and outstanding service. The staff is attentive and went above and beyond during a rehearsal dinner when a guest had health episodes, calling an ambulance and waiting for their arrival. Despite initial issues with accommodating a large group and poor service from some waitstaff, the manager intervened and saved the evening by comping appetizers and desserts. Sebastian, a server, was extremely kind and gave great wine recommendations. The restaurant is beautiful with a balcony view of the lake, heated lamps, and nice music. They were accommodating to vegan and vegetarian dietary restrictions, and the food was delicious and beautifully served. Overall, Ember Restaurant & Bar provides a memorable dining experience.
