Ordered a $5 dollar meal, couple mcchickens and a qpwc. Food was hot but fries were soggy. Not only did I notice that the mcchickens were about 1/4 as thick as they used to be (nbd they have to cut costs somewhere) but they forgot my nuggets with my order. I’m trying to still like McDonald’s but they make it difficult.

Horrible experience. I had purchased 2 chicken sandwich, large French fries, 1 large chicken nuggets and couple of Sundays... I paid around 37 bucks honestly it's waste of my money. I could had only the Sundays rest of the food I had to trash because of the quality.
Ordered breakfast inside to go and had to wait an astronomical amount of time. I had to ask for my bottled water, was given a cup for coffee and the coffee pot was empty in the self-service area. When I told a worker the coffee was empty, she ignored me and walked off. I didn’t know if she heard me because I was not acknowledged and she proceeded to go about her work. I had to wait another 5 minutes for her to bring a new coffee pot out and was again ignored when I thanked her. By this time, our food was cold and we weren’t given napkins or syrup or forks for the two orders of hot cakes. This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. The only thing hot was the girl’s attitude.

I stopped at this location to get 2 slushies and a smoothie. I ordered on the kiosk and waited 10 minutes and finally had to leave without my items. I have since tried to turn in a complaint to the McDonald’s app to get my money back and since I don’t have my receipt I can’t get the “store number” to get back my $8.98. So, no food. No refund. I am pretty upset with McDonald’s. Just saying before you go to this location.
