Great diner! This is a wonderful spot for brunch. They have great food with a classic American diner feel. Even during the brunch rush, they were able to serve our food quickly. Estes Park does not have very many restaurants, but Notchtop is a great addition to the scene.

My family and I were visiting Estes Park and came across Notchtop in our search and we weren't disappointed. We walked in around 9am and there wasn't a wait, we were seated at a booth. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, lots of options. Must try.

Very busy, but very good

A wonderful dining experience for our second vist - June 30th. The food was excellent, priced fairly, and the service was excellent. Edith, our server, was very attentive, and extremely pleasant dring the entire experience.

We loved this place so much we ate here twice. The food was delicious and excellent service. We sat on the patio and it was so nice. One of our top favorites of places we ate.

Veggie and Colorado burritos were so delicious! Pork green chili was a win and the size is huge. Could share or be good fuel for camping or hiking. The burritos were too good to stop and take pictures of them 😏

Coffee was also good with free refills and all the staff was friendly with quick service. It seemed packed, but they said it would only be a 20 min wait for 2 people and our table was ready even before that.

They have a huge variety of options for both breakfast and lunch selling both coffee and alcoholic drinks too. I think we could eat here for multiple meals on our trip and be happy. There's really something for everyone.

We always love the food and casual atmosphere at Notchtop. It is the best breakfast in Estes.

Staff is friendly and their matcha latte is delicious (ask for vegan milk options, I had almond!). The food was okay, just very oily, missing the potatoes (in a hash) and tad expensive. Updated from previous review on 2025-04-05

Had terrible service had to get up and find someone to help us multiple times. Server was no where to be found. When checks came gratuity was added in with no warning. It was high gratuity for the service we received. We talked to the manager about this and she said she would fix it and refund the cards for the gratuity. When she brought the new checks out she had removed NOTHING from the check it was the same amount. She did nothing and tried to act like she did and over charge us a second time.

Came here for brunch as a group of 6, and we were disappointed. We had to track down our server to get our orders, bring us ranch, and to pay. All our cups were empty and we didn’t get refills. We were automatically charged gratuity without any posting of automatic gratuity. Talked to the manager and she said she’d remove the tip if we gave our cards back. She voided the transaction of the included tip, and then ran it again for the exact same amount. Nothing was fixed. Very disappointed with the service and quality of service for what we paid. We won’t be back.
