This was my first time visiting this particular Starbucks location, though I’ve been to many Starbucks all over the country while traveling for work and personal vacations. Unfortunately, the experience here was not up to the standard I’m used to.
I placed my order with the cashier for a coffee, an ice water for my daughter, and two ham and cheese baguettes. The food came out first, and I waited for the drinks. When my name was called, the barista handed me my coffee. I smiled and said, “Thank you so much. I just need the ice water too, please.”
Rather than just handing it over, she looked annoyed, filled a cup with ice water, and responded in a snarky tone: “Next time, it would really be appreciated if you could let them know you need an ice water when you place your order. It would help me out a bunch.”
I was taken aback, especially because I had already looked at my receipt while waiting—and yes, the ice water was clearly on there. Maybe next time she should check the receipt before making a rude comment to a customer. I get that everyone can have an off day, but that attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional.
I’m usually impressed by Starbucks’ customer service, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, this was just a one-off experience and not the norm for this location.

By FAR, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The people are super rude. Do better .

Very slow, would get nasty if you asked questions, told me I needed to get used to a “tourist town” then got my drinks wrong after waiting 15 min.

A day at Estes Park is not complete without a visit to the Starbucks. I was happily surprised that this nice little town has a Starbucks.
And such a nice and lively one to!
Lots of space to chill down after a stroll thru downtown. Many restrooms, so no lines.

They put the wrong milk in my coffee, I asked the lady at the window if they could remake it. She ensured me it was correct. It was not. I went back asked for a remake and the lady took my old coffee put milk in a cup and poured the other coffee on top? Handed it to me and it tasted like water down milk? That's what we get when paying 7$ can't even remake it when you mess up? The customer service was the worse I have ever seen at a Starbucks! UNBELIEVABLE.
If your in the market for being completely ignored while putting straws away for 15 minutes, this is the place for you! It's not my cup of tea but it might be your thing. Drive down the hill if you actually want coffee. Good luck!

There are two Starbucks in Estes Park, and both of them have hours posted, saying they they close at 6 pm, BUT be advised that they close whenever they feel like it. On this particular day, one location closed about TWO HOURS early and this one closed an HOUR early. When you have hours posted you need to be OPEN during those hours, or your customers learn that they cannot trust you. Not good in a town where there are several coffee shops to choose from. You should change your hours to read "We are here whenever we feel like it."
Cashier was rude but its not like it was busy, wouldn’t go here again and the $6 small latte wasn’t worth it.

this Starbucks location is located inside Safeway, Estes Park, Colorado, the staff seemed somewhat tired when we visited, the products were great, so not any disappointment there.we had a cappuccino and a frappuccino, both great, would come here again.
Parking: this Starbucks location is located inside Safeway, Estes Park, Colorado, so you park at the Safeway store.

This is the Starbucks inside Safeway, not the drive thru location. There is a high turnover at this location and the current staff is very accommodating. Today my barista was Marcela and she was awesome! I used to work here and I know the challenges of working at this particular kiosk. I hope they can retain the current staff as they go above and beyond to get things done here. Shout out to Vanessa, you rock!!! We'll be sad to not have you here... until then I'll make sure to frequent the kiosk;)

This is for the location inside Safeway. We showed up a little before 5:40 on June 8th, they close at 6:00. We were informed they had already dumped all their cold brew and iced coffee because “we close in 20 minutes”. When asked if they can make espresso then (something not premade), we were told “it’s almost time to close,” which we took as a no. We then asked what they did have available and in a condescending manner we were told they could make Refreshers (ie, not coffee or espresso of any kind).I don’t care if they want to close at 5:30, but we needed a drink for a long drive and planned when we’d leave to ensure we’d get a drink. Make your hours accurate so that people know what to expect. The rude service was just the cherry on top.

I went in around 11am on a weekday and found a few ladies working on training together. They immediately acknowledged me and took my order. I allowed them to make me somewhat of a "custom drink," citing my exhaustion and trusting they, "knew what I needed". Lol.I ended up with a large nitro brew type concoction with whipped cream and caramel on top, that was probably the best Starbucks drink I've had in like 20 years.thanks ladies! YUM. Love in a cup, that day. Appreciate it.
Very friendly staff. Drink order made correctly.
