Great table service! Everyone personable and attentive. Large variety of foods for almost everyone. Food isn't great, but it's a nice place to see.

Food was good but nothing special, French toast lacked cinnamon, coffee was good. Would go back if looking for traditional breakfast items.

We waited 30 minutes to be seated, which we knew was typical for this place. After ordering food for us and our three kids, the kids' meals arrived promptly, but ours didn’t. One full hour later, someone finally noticed we were still waiting. Our server informed the reception staff, and by then, we were ready to leave.

To their credit, our server was understanding and told us we could leave if we wanted, but if we stayed, the food would be free of charge. Ten minutes later, another server brought our food, apologizing profusely and again confirming it would be free.

After quickly eating because the kids were exhausted, the front desk staff brought the check, proudly stating we had a 50% discount as if it were a generous favor. When I reminded him two servers had assured us the food would be free, he became upset and accused me of "yelling at staff." I was baffled, as we never raised our voices. He seemed to be referring to when I calmly told him earlier we had been waiting an hour and would leave soon if the food didn’t arrive.

This entire experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and unprofessional. We paid the check and left, vowing never to return. There are far better dining options in Estes—don’t waste your time here.

This place is popping!! The wait is worth it! There is a bench to sit on while you wait to be seated, but its pretty busy so you may have to stand and wait!Once seated, the waitress comes over after a few minutes to get your drink orders. When she brings your drinks, she brings water as well in carafes. The wait for our food was minimal, and man when you see your food your eyes will widen and your mouth will drool! The prices are on the higher end, but you get a lot of food for the price! The waitress was very attentive, and the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. They handled the crowd in a very organized manner. I would definitely visit again when I'm Estes Park,CO. There is adequate parking, also free news paper available inside while waiting.

Can honestly say that his place has great choices for breakfast. Everyone was really helpful and attentive to our orders. If you’re in Estes and want something delicious to eat, I recommend coming here and trying out their variety of tasty foods.

Fantastic service and great food. They accommodated our group of 9 in just a half hour, and were attentive and kind throughout the meal. There are food options for everyone, and a medium sized lot for parking.

Had a bad time here, first off they seated parties same size before us and claimed computer said we were sat already. Than they got my order wrong, food was still good but not what I wanted. My mother's eggs were slimy.

We put in our name for a table and they kept taking people who came after us--turns out they marked us as seated---2 guys up front seemed to be in a daze----then they got both of our orders wrong--my bacon was undercooked even though i asked for very crisp and the scrambled eggs were slimy---also the waffle was supposed to have pecans on it and i think it was only 1 and a microscopic dot of butter. My son they gave him the totally wrong sandwich but he ate it anyway --oh and his bacon was crisp instead of mine---waiter seemed to not want to be bothered either, we were done eating before he asked if food was Ok or if we needed anything else (sorry 1 napkin is almost never enough). don't know why people rave about this place........REPLY: no i was not counting the people who called a head i am counting the people who walked in the door and put in their name after us.....and i tried to flag someone down to return the food and was not successful....when food is dropped off they should pause and ask if it is OK or if we need something else and also the server should come by within a few minute's to ask as well when someone else delivers it....and please do consider giving more than just one napkin
