My sisters and I had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday in Estes this past weekend. We chose The Grubsteak Restaurant for my special meal. The steak, including ribeye and sirloin, was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The shrimp cigars, stuffed mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks were equally delicious. Great atmosphere and food! The staff was amazing and what a unique delicious menu! The beer selection is really cool and loved the appetizers. Had an elk steak that was amazing! Who knew?!?!

I had the elk burger and my son had the shrimp cigars...these were so good. Lots of open air seating and the atmosphere was really cool. Service was good which is hard to find in these mountain towns. Parking was also so easy behind the restaurant. Thats a huge bonus!
