We placed our order on the app for the first time. It never gave us a pick up time or let us know it was ready. After about an hour waiting we drove there to get our dinner. All around the building we had no cell service so we just went inside to get our food. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to help us and when they did, they had no record of our order but the money had been taken out of our bank account. So far this is the fastest McDonald's around the area. We go there almost every Friday and I have to say, that it is rare when they give me the order wrong. The only bad thing is that not all cashiers are respectful enough to even greet or say a simple Thank you when handing out the order or the money.
