The drinks are great, as they should be, but the customer service really falls short. The atmosphere feels cliquey, and the staff comes across as a group of mean girls rather than being welcoming. I’m a very social person, so I usually enjoy chatting with employees, but every visit feels awkward.
The drinks keep me coming back, but the customer service and overall vibe definitely need improvement. A little kindness and professionalism would make a big difference

I normally order online for pick up to avoid communication.
This morning around 10:20am, I didn’t have time to pull over and do the order ahead of time.
I said my order correctly through the speaker in drive thru.
Once arriving to window I was handed a straw and I advised “Kendall” my order was hot and I didn’t need it.
