This shop is filthy. Despite the obvious grime my kids like going and I normally humor them but no more. The woman who has taken my order the last two visits has just inspired me to visit one of the many other ice cream shops in our area instead. In fact, if I hadn’t promised my kids Baskin Robbins and if they weren’t standing there expecting it I would have walked out without purchasing anything. Some people just don’t belong in customer service and this woman is one of them. There is delicious ice cream and great service right down the road at the creamery and I hear there is a new soft serve ice cream in conifer that’s delicious.

Again locked doors way before they are supposed to close. Kind of impressive how much they ignore their customers and not make eye contact when they are 10ft away from you.

It's disappointing to show up and see that the store is closed before the posted hours, especially when you drive out of your way. Please have respect for the time of your customers and update the hours to accurately reflect the closing time. :(

We went to the evergreen baskin robins on 7/5 and I have to say that we had the worst experience ever. Not only did we not get helped for the first 15 minutes we were there but the staff helped 3 other individuals who walked in right as they walked in before they helped us and the other people who were waiting in line behind us. We will never go to this baskin robins ever again and we live up here, I would rather go to the city. The new management is awful. We want the old management back. The staff was horrible and very rude and when we said something they ignored us. Worst experience ever.

We rarely go for ice cream, so it was disappointing that my husband and I got two scoops each in one of his was bad. Black walnut. Apparently the nuts were stale.

The employees are so amazing here!! I was greeted with a smile and a sincere asking of how my day was going. As I perused the plethora of flavors, the female employee informed me that they do samples and asked if I wanted to try anything. I opted to try peppermint and apple cider. I inquired if they did half scoops and was informed by a male employee that they could but only in a cup. For my cone, he suggested kids' scoops so I got a kids' scoop of birthday cake and a scoop of peppermint.The service I received at this Baskin rivals that of a 4 diamond restaurant. Management is definitely doing something right at this location!!

One person working very slow on a busy afternoon while its still summer is not cool. Stood in line forever and then just left. The employee working truly did not care and was chatting with a bunch of 20 something's instead of doing his job. This place needs to get it together.

Sherry did an amazing job putting together an awesome spiderman themed icecream cake for my kiddos birthday! The chocolate vanilla siwrl with a caramel ribbon and confetti cake base looked and tasted amazing! We will absolutley be coming back here again.

Went for a after dinner treat. Ordered creative creations (promo) 1st time ordering and as we were leaving a little girl was given and put on a cure little unicorn crown. None of the other non-white little girls had a crown, including my daughter. I looked on the website and the little crown is part of the promo. Seems ? suspicious. Do better

I recently moved back to downtown Evergreen and my boyfriend and I enjoy getting a sundae and going for an evening walk. You have a shining star in Maddie. She is so attentive, wonderful, nice and very pleasant. We look forward to our evening excursions and she puts the cherry on top!
