Glad they finally closed as it had become the most poorly run place. Was told the manager forgot to order ice cream- how can you forget that when you are running an ice cream shop. The young people working there were all great though, doing the best they could with what they had to work with.

Came up from Morrison for some PB&Chocolate ice cream. They had a sign up on the door âBe Back Soonâ. 30+ minutes later and weâre still waiting. BAD! Buh bye. We wonât be back.

Poorly ran. Every year my family and I come up to hike 3 sisters and on our way home grab lunch followed by our routine ice cream stop before heading home. Shocked to find nothing in stock....a dirty store...no cakes and a bathroom not working. The woman who was helping us beyond patient and kind but only 1 person working over a weekend. We were saddened to see the decline in this shop we once considered our yearly mountain outing adventure. Whoever is the Owner should clearly reconsider a career change. Poorly ran and speaks volumes of the new Ownership.

Worst Baskin Robbins Iâve ever been to. Came on a Sunday, no milk, no cones, out of many flavors. Should have known better than to come back, but I did b/c itâs BR. 5 days later still not stocked, out of a lot, no milk, no cones. IF YOU ARE CLOSING, CLOSE ALREADY. You are single handedly giving BR a bad rep.

Went to BR last night. Very disappointed. Many flavors not available. There were no bowls or spoons. We ate our ice cream with a tiny sample spoon in a lid. There was no hot fudge. Prices are up. I think we will be going to Colorado Creamery or Everbean in the future. Maybe we will bring our own bowls and spoons. Looks like another failing eatery.

No cones, very few flavors available, served us our scoop of ice cream in the lid of a cup because they had no regular cups or regular sized spoons. When asked if this Baskin Robbins location was going out of business, the staff seemed unsure of what to say. Terribly managed place!
Pretty shocked that they were out of many ice cream flavors. No cones either. I was told that the guy who bought this shop a year ago stopped buying ice cream etc. to supply this store. Very disappointed that this store which has been in Evergreen for 40 or so years may go out of business soon. Calling BR corporate to let them know what is going on. They probably don't want their name brand being run into the ground during the beginning of summer in beautiful Evergreen.

Placed an order for a cake online and received an email confirmation. When I showed up to pick it up, I was told they had no record of the order. Ended up having to scramble last-minute to find a replacement elsewhere. If youâre planning to order from this location, I strongly recommend calling to confirm they actually received it.

We tend to order some type of custom birthday cake (picture design wise) and the woman who does the creative side always outdoes herself. Thank you so much for our beautiful birthday cakes, our children always love.
