Beau Jo's in Evergreen offers delicious food and great hospitality. The Pacific Paradise and Yukon pizzas with mountain crust are highly recommended, as well as the baked stuffed mushrooms, nachos with chicken, and Chip's Pie. The artichoke in Chip's Pie is tender and flavors work well together. The honey on the crust is a must-try. Seasonal ciders, such as Plum and Lemongrass with ginger, and Lavender Lemonade, are available. The service is friendly, and the restaurant is not usually busy. Beau Jo's is located in a paid lot, but parking is free with a license plate code provided by the restaurant. The thick crust pizza and hospitality are exceptional.
