5 stars for small businesses. The location is great. Sounds like the bbq should’ve been the order. But everything else were American classics!

Came here for the barbecue to compare to North Carolina versus Kansas City versus Memphis dry rub and all the styles in between. I was not disappointed! Hubby enjoyed his Reuben sandwich and son had a made to order hamburger. Very tasty all around! Service was exceptional. Evidently they only hire the coolest people to work at this establishment. Outdoor seating is charming with an overlook of a rushing stream. Heaters are a requirement for those of us not acclimated. Dogs not only welcomed in the outdoor seating area, there are also special doggy dishes on the menu. Highly recommended!

Loved my VEGAN philly cheese steak. My meat eating friends took a bite and also agreed it was amazing and didnt taste vegan. Highly recommend it!!

We had lunch sitting by the creek. Brittany, our server, was great. The food was very good, especially the red chile. We plan on returning soon just for a bowl of that chile, some of the best we ever had.

Cool atmosphere and that’s the only good thing about my experience here today. My friend and I came to grab some lunch and we were pretty much ignored from the beginning. Our waitress had a very bad attitude the whole time to the point it was excessive. On top of this my friend and I are both extremely sick immediately after eating here. Do not recommend.

I have been coming here for years.. the past two experiences I’ve had, make me not ever want to go back.. and it’s truly disappointing.

First off let me start off by saying.. my last 2 experiences have been aweful. BOTH times different waitresses have walked up to the table and acted like it was a complete inconvenience for us to be there, take our drink order and bring our food.

The first time I figured maybe she was having a bad day as the patio was covered in dirty tables and we were ignored. The food was pretty mediocre that day as well and seemed like we waited an oddly long time for nobody to be in the restaurant. Did we miss some crazy rush on a weekday?

This most recent time though had me asking why I came back again.. This time, the waitress was even more rude, her initial approach to the table was very off putting.. She didn’t smile rolled her eyes and even brought cold hard queso to the table..

Not sure what is happening to the quality of this place.

We had a wonderful breakfast at cactus jacks!! Mikayla gave us fantastic service and we had the best bacon we’ve ever had in our life!!

The gyro, onion rings and pork sandwich were all very good. The chicken wrap was just okay. The french fries were lukewarm, and since we were eating outside quickly became cold. The buffalo dip appetizer was passable, however for the amount given it should have been only $7 and not $14. The service was atrocious. It took a long time to get a menu, longer to order our food, and then no contact again until we had to run after our waiter to get the bill. The restaurant definitely needs improvement. We will not return.

I love cactus jacks - the food is excellent. The atmosphere is beautiful. There is parking in the lot and additionally across the street and features great nightly entertainment like open mic, bar games, and pool. I pop in every so often when I come up from Denver! most recently had a great experience with Tyler- he was friendly, kept us laughing and poured great drinks all night to keep the party going! 10/10 recommend cactus jacks and if you’re in the area, go see Tyler for an excellent drink and conversation while you enjoy beautiful evergreen!

This is one our favorite places and Emily is one of our favorite waitresses! Good vibe, great food, awesome music… what’s not to love. Gangster wrap and the Philly are our go to’s!
