Probably the best Mexican food in Evergreen! Would love to give it 5 stars if the margaritas were stronger and the service wasn't so spotty (often times no one around for 10 minutes at a stretch). We will go back.

Service had been decent there in the past and one time my enchiladas were decent but every other time the food has been not good. Most recently it tasted not fresh and my stomach didn’t thank me for it. There was also a random piece of old chicken in my vegetarian dish, possibly from not cleaning the grill? I’m not a vegetarian luckily but I like good dairy, particularly cheese, but their cheese is sub-par here. Interestingly, I’ve also been to the Casa Tequila’s in Denver and they do a way better job there—everything is always fresh…even the tea at the Evergreen location didn’t even taste like tea, it was almost as if it tasted slightly alcoholic or something. I’m going to avoid returning to this location.

This Casa Tequila restaurant is located in the same building as the Wild Game. This venue invokes a very welcoming atmosphere that showcases what it’s like to be in Mexico. Went there for an early dinner. Was greeted right away and walked to our table. The dining areas have lots of room between tables and there are booths in the dining area. You also have high tops and bar seating if you choose in the bar room. The menu has a big variety of options to choose from and is organized by appetizers , proteins , soups , etc to make it easy to pick your selections . The food was delicious and served nicely displayed. The portions are large and the food is served at the temperature they are supposed to be. Andres and Angelique were wonderful staff people who served us. Very happy, very hospitable, and quick at serving and checking to see if we needed anything , moreover asked if everything was good. Ask for them as say Michelle sent you. The bathrooms are clean and located across the hall from the restaurant area. There are merchandise you can buy on display. Since it’s in the same building as the Wild Game , there is an arcade and bowling alley you can go to after or before your meal. There’s plenty of free parking.

Discovered on a ride home. Super nice surprise. Chicken enchiladas suizas were great and the jumbo Marg was tasty and no doubt jumbo. Waited as soon as I got there. Drink and food can right away. Server very nice. Highly recommend!

I've eaten here in the past and never really had an issue. But most recently as soon as I walked in the door was a fumigating cleaner chemical smell which right away messed up my appetite vibe but I decided to sit down and eat anyways. Not only were the chips cold but the salsa tasted like made out of whatever ingredients they had available and was nasty! I then ordered a Colorado burrito plate and the refried beans that came with it had a God awful smell! And whatever meat filling they used for the burrito looked like a pile of Alpo dog food! I brought it to the waiters attention and he said he would only charged me for the soda so I went ahead and tipped him $5 anyways for taking care of me in that respect! This review is for the owner of tequilas to take note of!
