We love this place! Spectacular lemon bars and huge chocolate chocolate chip muffins! And excellent cold brew coffee and lemon ginger tea! Great chill atmosphere with cushy booths and couches set off by great artwork. I particularly love the Gustav Klimt mural and the back lit skylight of trees above the coffee bar. We are excited to come back to relax after our lake and DTWN walks to work our way through their menu!

Great small cozy coffee shop! Their Carmel macchiato was just amazing and the pastries also!

Wow! Amazing grilled cheese sandwich, just like mom used to make. Plus a white chocolate milk with whipped cream... served in a colorful mug!

We came in Saturday to try the place out after talking to the shop on Facebook and I was super excited. It was very slow, we were the only people in line so we ordered two coffees and two bagels with cream cheese to go. We waited so long we almost thought the girls didn't put our order in. The girls at the front were sweet and professional and got our coffee pretty fast. But it took over 10 mins standing there waiting for the bagels, and we were the only customers waiting on food. I could understand if it was busy because ive worked in retail and fully understand how it is being busy and understaffed. But that wasnt the case at the time we came in. (This was well before the event they were having that afternoon.) Finally a younger guy brought us out the bagels that were barely warm and two containers of cream cheese we put on the bagels ourselves while in the car. Love their coffee, but next time I'll just be making our bagels at home.

On Oct 29th, I had the best time at Java Groove! I was there eating brunch and the service was most welcoming. Eric, the proprietor, was easily recognizable by the coasters around the establishment and did not sit back and manage but was working just as much those in his employ. The service staff handled a multitude of orders with ease ranging from specialty drinks to food orders.

The food was seasoned well, hot, and presented well. There a variety of drinks to choose from soft drinks, water and other choices.

We stopped in Evergreen for breakfast on the way back to Denver from Red Rocks. Food was filling and hot, reasonably priced. Nice vibe. Will stop in again if ever on the area.

Cozy cafe with a good variety of food options. I enjoyed a muffin and cappuccino while relaxing in the comfortable indoor seating area.

Maybe an off day, but kinda felt like a bother to the employees. Would give it another chance tho. Feels like a place where the locals would go.

This is a coffee shop that serves locals as well as tourists. You can grab a table & catch up with friends without any pressure to move on. It has a fairly extensive coffee shop menu. The drinks & food are fresh & well prepared. The staff are all friendly & helpful. The prices are competitive. It's a great place to take a morning or afternoon break in beautiful, quaint downtown Evergreen.

Overpriced, slow service. Paid $17 for a tiny sandwich that took 20 minutes to make.

Nice spot for coffee and breakfast. Great cappuccino. The Boulder sandwich and sausage breakfast burrito are both simple and good.
