The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the service was prompt and friendly and kind.However, I was given a small cocoa that was two thirds of the way filled *at best* even with whipped cream, and it was very obviously some sort of swiss miss or other instant cocoa. paying 4$ for a small instant cocoa that didn't even fill the cup is downright insulting to customers, and I hope they read this and pay attention. I'm willing to visit again and try other things, but i won't be ordering cocoa.
