Drove from Colorado Springs just to try. Glad we did! Best Fish n Chips I've had in Colorado! Nice beer selection as well! Gogmagog is delicious! The Angry Elk is a bit bitter though. The Schnitzel plate was delicious as well! The person serving us did an amazing job! Everyone was friendly! We'll be back!
I don’t really understand why this place is rated so highly. It’s got a nice environment and beer selection (although what bar nestled in some Colorado mountains doesn’t), but we must have visited on an off night. The waitress was borderline rude, we had to get up and refill our own waters multiple times because no one came around to our table, the wings were the worst I’ve ever eaten, they were dry, over cooked, and the seasoning on them wasn’t good at all. Service is always warm and friendly here. I drive up from Denver at least twice a month. The beer is awesome and the food.... they have a new menu... the food is delish. I had the Barn Burner burger. Juicy, spicy and wonderful. Thank you Lariat Lodge!
