Rickys Island Style Cafe

We have lived in Evergreen for nearly 3 years and hadn’t tried Ricky’s until today, and have we been missing out! We had Kelly’s Coconut shrimp in a Sandwhich and Trini Jerk Chicken in a wrap and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors are powerfully wonderful and fresh. The slaw has a great crunch and the mango was juicy. I highly recommended and we plan to be back many times over from here on!

Parking: Parking is out front of the food truck, plenty of spots and seating outside.

Wow. Ordered fish and chips. Fortunately fish of day was tilapia. The sauce, seasonings and flavors were amazing. 1-10 scale hot sauce i chose 3. Wow. Goes great on the slaw. I'll be back.

Ricky’s has incredible food with very friendly service. Highly recommend their coconut shrimp wraps and smoothies. Great folks and can’t support them enough!

The bowls, burritos and smoothies with their unique Caribbean twists are excellent, with varying spice levels to mix things up. Outdoor seating available, perfect for a quick stop with the family. Great kids options as well.

I wanted this to be great, but we were disappointed. The price for 2 entrees and one drink was $40! This is a food truck in a parking lot. The food was average, and we both didn't feel well afterward. I might go back for beverages but not food. Kelly was nice, but we waited a long time for our food on an asphalt parking lot with light shade.

A little slice of tropical paradise nestled in Evergreen?✨

I’ve chased great smoothies all over after being spoiled in Malaysia a few years ago and the Ricky’s Tropical Mango was like seeing an old friend. So many cute details with mini succulent gardens, hula hoops, and overall such a great atmosphere.

We’ll be trekking from Broomfield more often for this gem! Thank you
