This place has great food and a traditional ambiance. The people are very nice and friendly. I wish parking was easier, but that's downtown Evergreen.

Woah! I rarely leave reviews but this place was so good I had to! Captivating view, unbelievably fast service, humorous staff, and very well made food. 10/10 must try!

I recently dined at Saigon Landing in Evergreen and had a rather mixed experience. Let's break it down: Calamari: Not the real deal. I had to Google it to confirm. Quite disappointing. Staffing: They were seriously understaffed. Even a robot was delivering our food, which was interesting but not ideal. Service: In the 1.5 hours we were there, my water glass remained empty. Not a good sign. Food Recommendation: I tried the traditional Vietnamese pork and shrimp, and that was the highlight of the evening. Overall Rating: I'd give it a 2 out of 5, with the entire experience hovering around 1.5 stars. Potential: I believe Saigon Landing could shine if fully staffed. Don't hesitate to give it a try under better conditions. In summary, my visit had its ups and downs. Here's hoping for a better experience with a full staff.

I have been going to this restaurant for many many years. My family loves takeout from Saigon Landing. We love the crispy pork rolls and the grilled basil muscles. Its an Evergreen staple and beats out every other asian restaurant and town. I give the other asian restaurants in town scores from 1-3 stars.

This place is WILD. It's technically a Vietnamese restaurant, but they sell basically any Asian dish popular amongst white people (understandable, given the demographics here). You want Pad Thai? No problem. Some Pho? Sure. How about some sweet n' sour chicken? Absolutely. The menu is long and elaborate, and why not? The aim is to please everybody. And okay, so the food wasn't the best I've ever had, but you have to come here for the EXPERIENCE. The interior is eclectic--paintings of ballroom dancers, lamps made to look like Chinese lanterns, old-fashioned chairs with plastic-coated seats. And the best part? A robot delivers your food. I kid you not! Her name is Dolly, she looks like a strange hybrid of a cat and a bookshelf, and she brings your food with a chirpy, "Hello! I'm Dolly! Your food is ready!" After that, I started to feel like I'd slipped into an alternate dimension, but I liked it. The food was decent. I had hot-n-sour soup, which was a little too sweet (it needed some spice to balance it out), but it was still tasty. I give this place five stars for the experience alone!

They make so many delicious things here. I love the lemongrass seafood dishes. We have really enjoyed the Evergreen Sampler appetizer plate with the tasty spring rolls and stuffed chicken wings. Don't forget this as a fun Evergreeen option. The ambiance is nice and the service is great!

Super nice, kind and friendly. Food is amazing lamb curry 10/10, authentic robust you really can't go wrong. Plus they have a cool robot if that sweetens the deal.

The food here is quite possibly the worst thing that I've ever tasted. No flavor whatsoever. I took two bites and didn't want to eat anything more. When I told the owner about the food, he offered to deduct half from the price of one entree. What? Really? I should still pay you half for a dish that I didn't eat because it tasted so bad? This place is awful.
