Nested in between a few businesses in a shopping center, as you make your way toward the back, you’ll find this little gem. It’s a little mini food truck. The guy running this joint was super friendly to us and talked to us for a little bit while the food was being prepared.I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a bag of chips with a drink. The shave ice is actually shaved - not a snow cone (whew!). The flavors are all high fructose corn syrup-type things; no natural flavors. Some of the flavors are also guaranteed to stain your teeth, so make sure you check your teeth in the mirror before you go anywhere afterwards.
