On 1/22/26 our family ate at Sushi Win, Jr in Evergreen, CO. We chose this restaurant as they were donating some of the proceeds of that night to our Granddaughter’s Elementary School (Yay!!!) None of us had been there before (we are visiting our family from Durango, CO). Ryan was working alone last night - which I later found out he was the Maitre de, the Wait Staff, the Bartender, the Dish Washer AND the Chef for a packed-out restaurant!!! His only help was a robot that delivered non-essentials like napkins, silverware, glasses and a small pitcher of water (first time I had ever seen a working robot in person!). So, one might expect something to be lacking, right? Not a chance! Somehow, Ryan was able to be very friendly under pressure and helped us with our order! Ryan was excellent, as was the food and Japanese beer! Even my husband (who NEVER touches Sushi), [Sushi Win, Jr. also had non-sushi food offerings, btw.] ate it and said it was great! We did not leave a scrap and we had ordered many items - enough to feed 4 adults and one child. We look forward to eating there again when we come to Evergreen in the future! Great place to dine out and Ryan’s service was outstanding!
Had a great lunch today! The Cherry Blossom roll is AMAZING! Always great service. My daughter is GF and they are always more then willing to make what they can work for her. Love this place!

Super delicious. A rare hidden gem. Try the Win Jr Special (the wagyu beef roll) and sweet potato roll. The new owner is the previous owner’s son and you can tell how passionate he is about upping the quality of everything and delivering the best possible product. Please give them a chance!

Sushi Win Jr is fabulous. I’ve been there many times. I travel weekly with my job and have experienced Sushi all over the country and internationally. Sushi Win Jr is on par with the best I’ve had. Their menu is very creative, the Sushi is fresh & delicious, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. There is an amazing story behind the Win family that you can read about on their website blog.
